This SawStop Revolution Miter Gauge comes smartly packed in a durable, lockable, stackable Systainer storage case. This Systainer features a custom-cut foam insert to organize and secure the miter gauge and accessories to protect them when not in use.

CUSTOM FOAM INSERT: A precut foam insert holds securely each component included with this kit, including the Revolution Miter Gauge and all the screws, wedges, and wrenches. There’s even a cutout for a sacrificial fence that you provide.

REVOLUTION MITER GAUGE: Get unmatched precision and accuracy with the turn of a dial with SawStop’s Revolution Miter Gauge. Setting angles is quick and easy using the intuitive geared dial system, set in increments of 1°, 1/2°, 1/4°, or 1/10° with a positive “click” in each notch, or bypass the gear system for free turning. The extruded aluminum telescoping fence provides a solid reference surface for workpieces, with a maximum crosscut of 37-1/2” using the included flip stop.

ACCESSORIES: Included are extra dovetail wedges with setscrews and flat-head machine screws for attaching sacrificial fences and stops in the dovetailed groove on the RMG fence; three thumb screws; and a hex key set.

HELPFUL TIPS: A chart in the lid provides angle settings for cutting workpieces to make multi-sided boxes, frames, and other projects. Set your Revolution Miter Gauge to the corresponding angle to cut all the components you need with perfect precision.

  • No need to worry about losing screws and wedges: Simply store them in the custom cutouts in the foam insert for perfect security and organization. There’s also a space for a sacrificial fence that you create.
  • The Revolution Miter Gauge angle dial has preset increments of 1°, 1/2°, 1/4°, or 1/10° with tactile feedback so you can feel your desired angle click into place, making angle adjustments reliably accurate - quick and easy.
  • Common miter angles 0°, 22-1/2°, 30°, and 45° are noted and easy to set quickly.
  • Sliding wedge system makes fence attachments and repeatable stops easy. The reversible, telescoping fence works with the miter gauge in either the left or right miter slots with equal accuracy and ease of use.
  • Make repeatable cuts up to 37-1/2" in length using the tool-free articulating flip stop—with or without a sacrificial fence. A micro-adjuster lets you fine-tune a crosscut length without repositioning the flip stop. The flip stop includes mounting holes for adding jigs or locking into the wedge system.
  • Heavy-duty construction including a steel miter plate manufactured with machine tolerances of <.001” for exceptional precision.
  • A washer at the front end of the miter bar fits into 3/8” x 3/4” T-shaped miter slots to keep the miter gauge level when the head is pulled off the table for wide crosscuts. This washer can also be removed for use in non-T-shaped miter slots.
  • The miter bar has three adjustable pucks to eliminate side-to-side play in the miter slot.
  • When you need help determining an angle for an unusual multi-sided project, simply use the chart in the lid that provides angle settings for angle settings up to projects with 20 sides. Set your Revolution Miter Gauge to the corresponding angle to cut all the components you need with perfect precision.
